Bowling Balls

Duration of Warranty: This warranty will be in effect for one (1) year from date of purchase. The warranty covers all regulation size bowling balls.

Applicability: This warranty applies when this product has been reasonably maintained and not subject to damage by misuse or abuse. This warranty does not cover damage incurred from transportation by commercial travel (air, train, bus, etc.) We will replace under the terms of this warranty any weight regulation size bowling ball proves defective in materials and /or workmanship, with another product of equal value.

Exclusions: 

• Any ball used as a house ball will not be covered under warranty beyond 90 days of purchase.

• Any ball under 8 lbs with adult drilling size drillings (Large, Extra Large) will not be covered under warranty.

ELITE warrants this product to be free from defects for the period(s) stated below. If defects in workmanship or materials appear within this period you may, under the terms of the warranty, return this product for repair or replacement.

Applicability: This warranty applies when this product has been reasonably maintained and not subject to damage by misuse or abuse. This warranty does not cover damage incurred from transportation by commercial travel (air, train, bus, etc.) We will repair or replace under the terms of this warranty, any wheel product manufactured by ELITE, which proves defective in materials and /or workmanship, with another product of equal value.

Registration: This warranty becomes valid only after the limited warranty registration form has been completed in full. The warranty is non-transferable and shall cover only domestically sold products and extend only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Work: ELITE must perform All warranty work.

Return Authorization Number: A return Authorization number assigned by ELITE. must accompany all returned product. Bags that are returned without a return authorization number many not be repaired or replaced.

Procedure: Requests for repair, a R.A. number, or warranty information should be directed to ELITE Bowling by calling1-888-969-2695. Any defective product returned for repair must be shipped prepaid to ELITE Bowling Warranty Claims, 2020 Indian Boundary Drive, Melrose Park, IL 60160.  Shipping costs for return of the replaced or repaired product to the purchaser shall be at the expense of the purchaser.

Limitations, Exclusions: There are no warranties other than those contained herein. This limited warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of The Bowling Ball Factory, L.L.C. The Bowling Ball Factory, L.L.C. assumes no other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or manufacture of its products.

Damages, Remedies: Repair or replacement shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall ELITE Bowling be liable by virtue of the warranty or otherwise for any special, indirect, secondary, incidental or consequential damage of any nature to any person or property arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use a warranted product. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

BOWLING SHOES

If your ELITE athletic or performance bowling shoes develop a material or workmanship defect within 1 year of the manufacture date (listed inside the shoe tongue), we will stand behind them.
 
During this 1-year period any defects that occurs from normal use will be covered. Product defects occurred by excessive use or abuse will not qualify for a warranty exchange or replacement.
 
We will exchange or replace your defective product with the same exact product if available. If your pair of shoes is not available or has been discontinued, you will receive a equivalent model or be eligible to upgrade to higher price model.
 
Please note: THIS WARRANTY CLAIM DOES NOT INCLUDE FREIGHT
 
In the case of shoes being replaced, the buyer is responsible for all freight charges. If the buyer cannot supply pictures by email or text message, they will need to send the defective shoes to our office for inspection. Once approved, we will ship out the replacement pair free of charge.
